I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 10 years. I have a passion for health and fitness, that I found later than most, which was after I had my children who are aged 17 and 14.

Who’s your biggest inspiration: My parents are my biggest inspiration, they are hardworking and caring.

Favourite way to train?  I love Olympic weightlifting, running and trail running. I love helping people improve their fitness.

What’s one interesting fact about you that most people don’t know? I love collecting taxidermy.
