Get set to be motivated! Your training sessions are not only diverse, they also get results. Training consists of circuit classes, HIIT sessions, Tabata, beach games, boxing, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, dance, stretch sessions, agility, and so much more.

If you’re pregnant, diabetic, or have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, please consult your doctor or professional healthcare provider before working out with or signing up to Training Ground. Each session includes modifications for each exercise, so you can work at the intensity that suits you best. Breastfeeding mums can, of course, join the challenge (our mums class would be perfect for you!), just check with your doctor first, and make sure that you're adjusting the level of intensity or pace of the routines to your needs.

Bring an open mind and a good attitude! You’re going to be surrounded by kick-arse men and women, so you better be ready to make some new friends. Bring water, a mat or towel, and wear active wear, good-balanced training shoes, a jumper, a cap, and sunscreen. On boxing days, you will need to bring boxing wraps. Other than that everything else is supplied.

The program can be tailored to any level of fitness and needs, but if you’re feeling like you want to get a head start, keep it simple, and safe. Try going for a few beach walks or runs, and slowly increase your duration and intensity as you gain fitness. Gentle daily stretching is also a must!

Never! We’re all about support and encouragement to help you achieve your goals—we’ll be right beside you helping you climb that mountain, not standing at the top yelling at you for not getting there fast enough.

Nope. Any age, any fitness level, we’re all on the same team. There’s no place for judgment at Training Ground.

You can train up to four times a week in any location, so it is your choice how many days you commit to training each week. We bet you’ll love it so much you’ll be there for all four!
If you love a class, you can also double up!

Training Ground is suitable for all fitness levels—our training programs are tailored for beginners to advanced. That means that if you haven’t done any exercise for 10 years, you’re going to be okay. We design a program that is suited to wherever you are on your fitness journey. Haven’t worn sneakers for 5 years? We’ve got you!

Never! You can transform your body and mind at any age. Remember to only do what you can do: if you can’t do an exercise, our team will either help you modify it, or you can just march it out until you feel comfortable. If you’re concerned, have a chat with your doctor before committing. The group has men and women spanning the ages of 13 through to 70, so you’ll likely find someone within the crew to buddy up with who is a similar age or fitness level.

Training Ground features HIIT, resistance, circuit, boxing, cardio, beach games, Pilates, stretch sessions, yoga, agility, kickboxing, and much more within their range of sessions. Whether looking for something to get you into or get back to regular fitness, it’s a brilliant way to stay on track with your fitness goals.

Sure do! One-on-one personal training sessions are available upon enquiry here. Let us know your goals and focuses, and we’ll set you up with the right trainer.

Absolutely! You can purchase this anytime from our shop. Once purchased we will be in contact with you to discuss your goals and desired focus.

We run three challenges per year. The first begins on 10 February 2025 and runs through 30 March 2025. If you're interested in signing up for our waitlist, you can do so here.

No way, sign up and join the crew at any time to start training. Challenges are separate from weekly training sessions and are not compulsory.

If you want to try out Training Ground and see if it's for you, simply purchase one of our casual class passes here and book in for a class. You can also buy a casual class pack if you'd like to simply drop into a class every now and again.

Yes, we do. These sessions operate at our Ballina-Lennox and Evans Head locations.
Ballina-Lennox is at 9:15 am for after-school drop-offs. Evans Head is at 7:45 am for before-school drop-offs.
Bring along your bubs or little ones, and they can play alongside you as you work up a sweat. -
No way, sis. We offer this class for women with kids, women who want to come after school drop-off, or our ladies who like to sleep in. Come along with kiddos or without.

For sure! Buy a casual pack and drop in when you can, we get it life is BUSY!

Sure can. Register as a family and train together if your child is over 13. Or, if you want to train and have kids do their homework or kick a ball around while you work out, we’re all for it. As a family business, we get it, you gotta do what you gotta do to get your exercise in.

Sure can, click here to sign up. We will email you when it's time to renew your membership, in which case you can choose another three months or six months pack, or switch to weekly payments.

We offer week-to-week memberships with no lock-in contracts after a minimum 12-week period for new members. If you want your membership to pause or cease, just email info@traininggroundoutdoorfitness.com a minimum of 7 days in advance of your next payment, and we will cancel the automatic payments.

Enter the email address you signed up with into the payment portal here. You'll then receive a unique link to sign in via email. Make sure your card details are correct.
The system will automatically retry the payment 3 days after the first failed attempt. If your payment fails again, it will be retried 5 days after the previous payment attempt.
If your payment fails 3 times, your membership will be cancelled and you will not be able to access classes.
