The Training Ground is for men and women who want a workout program and crew, that motivates them and helps them focus on achieving their goals without fear of failure or inability to keep up.
Sessions are tailored to your needs, abilities, aspirations, and limitations.
Whether you’re a beginner, advanced athlete, or recovering from injury, there is always something to challenge and inspire you here with us (Training Ground).
You will hear us ask you this time and again, “What are you training for?” Because it’s our mission to see you get there. -
Pay one weekly subscription and show up to as many classes at your nominated location, whenever you’d like to train throughout the week.
No need to sign up for a class beforehand, just turn up when, and where it suits you.
We believe training together, is not only better, but will help you stay on track with your goals. Partner up, bring a buddy or rope-in the kids to train with you at Training Ground. But that doesn't mean you all have to turn up to the same class at the same time. If a time, location or day doesn’t suit your schedule, show up when it does and do what works best for you.

Expect to have fun, make friends, and feel great after every session.
All equipment is provided; all you need to bring along is your own workout mat (trust us, you don’t want someone's sweaty seconds) and your water bottle.
We’ll have the barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps, boxing gloves* and butt-kicking beats—everything for a workout you’ll love!
