My expertise would be bringing high energy to your life. I’ve got the unique ability to make sure everyone in a class is catered to. You’ll find me singing and dancing, just to make you laugh – all while you are casually dying, but enjoying your workout. I’ll push you to your limits but make it fun. My personal fave training is HIIT and boxing, but as long as I'm moving I feel good!
I love to do it because I know quite often training is the best part of someone's day. Doing that while watching the sun rise and breathing in fresh air is all a bonus!

Who’s your biggest inspiration and why: I draw my inspiration from my clients. Every day people, getting out of bed to better their lives. It's when I see someone do their 1st box jump or shift to a heavier weight, or running when they think they can’t. That's what inspires me daily!
Favourite way to train? I don't have a fave way to train I just love to do it with people. HIIT class, boxing, pilates, running, a lighthouse walk, hot yoga ... movement is medicine and any way I can get it makes me a better person.
What’s one interesting fact about you that most people don’t know? Interesting fact... I LOVE music and I always remember lyrics!!! Even if I haven't heard a song in 20 years. I will sing every word to you when that song comes on. I can hear a song once, and nearly recite it to you the next play 🤣
