Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve cardio fitness or shed some weight, we can design a routine that’s completely customised to your fitness level, what equipment you have available to you and how you want to train.
What’s included:
> A kick-off call with a Training Ground Coach to discuss your fitness goals, how often you’d like to train and what equipment is available to you
> 3 x 4-week gym progression training programs
Your Training Ground Coach will check in with you every 4 weeks when it’s time to progress to your next program, to ensure that you’re feeling confident and on-track with each training regime.
